Vidal Alonso Martinez, 77, passed away on June 24, 2020 in Corpus Christi, Texas. He was born on April 08, 1943 in Amargos, Coahuila to Andrea Martinez and Pablo Alonso. He enjoyed watching his soccer games and was passionate about his job as a welder. He also loved spending time with his family. He will be dearly missed by all his family and friends that knew him.

Vidal worked for 30 years as a welder for Industria Lubrizol in Apodaca and 27 years in Corpus Christi, Texas.

He was preceded in death by his parents Andrea Martinez and Pablo Alonso, brother Hermin Gonzalez and sister Margarita Gonzalez.

Mr. Vidal is survived by his wife of 58 years, Magdalena De Alonso, son Alberto Alonso Avila, son Jesus Alonso Avila, daughter Sagrario Alonso Avila, son Ulises Alonso Avila, daughter Africa Alonso Avila, daughter Honey Alonso Avila, 15 Grand Children, 8 Great-Grand Children and numerous Siblings.
