Valla Mae Bibbs passed away on March 19, 2015 at the age of 85. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, March 26, 2015 at 12:00 Noon at St. Matthew Baptist Church. Inurnment to be held at Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery at a later date.
