Ruben E. Trejo went to be with the Lord on October 28, 2015.  He was 63 years old. He was preceded in death by his parents, Martina Estella and Cosme Trejo Sr., brothers Cosme and Joe Trejo.
Ruben proudly served his country by joining the U.S. Marine Corps.  He was employed for 30 years and retired from CCAD.
He leaves behind his loving wife, Janie Trejo, daughters, Elizabeth Huber, Bernadette Juarez (Luis), four grandchildren, Criselda Henderson (Rickie), Alyssa Juarez (Alberto), Jeremy and Zach., three great grandchildren; Dylan,  Araceli, Jayden and numerous nephews and nieces.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 2, 2015 from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Heritage Memorial Funeral Home with a Rosary to be recited  7:00 p.m. that same evening. Interment will be held on Tuesday,  November 3, at 11:00 a.m. at  Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery.
