Robert Lee Garza, 28, of Corpus Christi, Texas, passed away on Friday, September 9, 2016. Robert was born on October 1, 1987, to Jesse Garza and Anita Rodriguez. He married Mallaurie Lopez Garza on August 15, 2014. He was a beloved husband, son, father, brother and uncle.   He is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Enrique Silvas, paternal grandparents, Domingo and Clemencia Garza.
Robert is survived by his wife, Mallaurie Lopez Garza, daughter, Dezarai Garza, son, Ryan Garza, daughter, Novali Garza, daughter, Jazlyn Garcia, son Robert Garza Jr., son, Jovanni Garza, son, Bentley Garza, son, Alec Garza and step-son Zayne Vasquez, father, Jesse (Esther) Garza, mother, Anita (David) Rodriguez, maternal grandmother, Maria Ellena Ramos, siblings, John Gonzales, Sandra (Rick) Gonzales, Monica (Manuel) Bueno, Elizabeth (Adrian) Rojas, Jessica Garza, numerous nieces and nephews.
Robert is survived by his long time lawyer, Rudy Garza, became close friends who enjoyed each other's company and for whom Robby would perform investigation and other legal assistance services.
The family will be receiving friends on Wednesday, September 14, 2016, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., at Heritage Memorial Funeral Home, 5026 Old Brownsville Rd., with a Prayer Service at 6:30 p.m.  A Chapel Service will be held on Thursday, September 15, 2016, at 11:30 a.m., at Heritage Memorial Funeral Home, 5026 Old Brownsville Rd. with Pastor John Barrera officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Park.
