Preston LaRue Graham was born on July 16, 1995 in Corpus Christi, Texas to mother Yvonne Davis and father Preston E. Graham. He passed away on Monday July 22, 2024
Preston also know as "Poppy" to his friends attended Carroll High school then later attended Moody High school where he graduated. He was a devoted father as well as an outgoing multitalented man. Preston enjoyed a range of hobbies from music, fishing, architecture, sports, and mechanics. He obtained a commercial drivers license (CDL) and worked for local cement companies, Amazon and Walmart. Preston was a very loyal friend known to be a jokester and the life of the party. He left a lasting impression on everyone he had the pleasure of meeting. Preston loved entertaining all of his nieces and nephews with games and going on family trips. He was an all around handy man around the house.
Preston is proceeded in death by his two loving paternal grandmothers Minnie Davis (LaRue) and May Pearl Muckelroy (Roger). Aunt Frankie Jean Lloyd and 2 cousins May Etta Hayes and Denise Butler.
Preston leaves behind his mother Yvonne Davis father Preston E. Graham (Verter), Three sisters Kimberly Conley, LeAndria Wilson (Jomal), Patious Jones (Gary), one brother Willie Lewis (Gracie). Two sons Devon and Ja'leill Graham. Aunts Squainika Davis, Mini Davis. Uncle LaRue Johnson III. Cousins Shandrica Davis, Johnathan Frazier, Anthony Davis, Oshean Green, Ransom Johnson, Akhira Townsend, Jabari Evans, Zandayra Henderson, LaRyah Johnson, Darence Williams, LaRue Johnson IV, Jaquai Jones and Antonio Harris.
Three nieces, Jasmine Lewis, Gianna Milwood and Amiyah Milwood. One nephew, Ruii Davis and a host of great nieces and nephews.
Preston's humor and adventurous spirit touched the lives of many. His absence has left a void in the hearts of those who knew him. He will be deeply missed and remembered by his family and friends. We take comfort in the beautiful memories Preston has left behind.
