Kelsi Lynn Eimer, 27, passed away on Saturday December 9, 2017. Kelsi, the daughter of Tod and Stefanie Applewhite was born in Killeen, Texas on July 31, 1990. Kelsi attended Gregory Portland High School before attending The University of Texas A&M- Kingsville where she received her Bachelors of Science in May 2016. Kelsi lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures whether it was loving on her fur babies, crafting or staying up all night playing games with her family and friends.
Kelsi is survived by her loving husband Adam Eimer, beloved newborn son Judah Eimer and step-daughter Lilith Eimer, sisters: Heather Applewhite, Megan Applewhite and Emily Applewhite, Grandparents: John and Patricia Foster, Alton and Karen Applewhite and Dan Farner, nieces: Mackenzie Applewhite, Alyson Applewhite and Kira Flores. She is preceded in death by her grandmother Carolyn Farner.
Services will be held on Friday, December 15, 2017 at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church in Portland, TX - Viewing to begin at 9:30, Services at 10:30am. The interment is to follow at Prairie View Cemetery in Aransas Pass, TX.
