Ineatta was born in Orange, Texas on February 25, 1954 to Rolin Guillory and Eula Guillory.
She attended school in Orange, Texas and after graduating High School she attended Prairie View A&M University where she attended as a Pre-Med Student. During her time, at Prairie View she met Morris H. Mosley Jr. in 1972. He was in the United States Air Force and she decided to leave Prairie View A&M University and travel to world.
In 1973, Ineatta Ann Guillory and Morris H. Mosley Jr. married. Several years later on December 15,1977 they had their only child together, James Roland Mosley. The later divorce in 1980 and Ineatta remained single until her death.
Ineatta later returned to school and graduated with an Associate's Degree from Delmar College in Corpus Christi, Texas. She was then hired by Christus Spohn Cancer Center in 1985. She later returned to school and received her Bachelor Degree from Grand Canyon University. Ineatta was faithful employee of Christus Spohn Health Systems for 38 years.
Ineatta was also a faithful member of the Antioch Baptist Church of Aransas Pass, Texas for over 40 years. She served as an usher, Sunday School teacher, Junior Mission President, Financial Secretary, and any other role that might have needed to be filled.
Ineatta served the Baptist Church faithfully in local Associations as well as in State and National Conventions. She truly embodied the spirit of the saying, "A charge to keep I have and a God to Glorify!"
Ineatta entered her eternal rest on May 29, 2024. She was preceded in death by her parents, Rolin Guillory and Eula Guillory, as well as her brother William Guillory and her sister Mary Maggie Taylor.
Ineatta was survived by her only child, Rev. James R. Mosley and his wife Tynesa Mosley, granddaughter Starr D. Jackson and grandson Myles A. Mosley. She was also survived by her siblings Rose Marie Crawford, Roland Guillory (Gloria Guillory), Barbara Thomas (Danny Thomas), Clarissa Conner (Clyde Conner) and a host of nieces and nephews.
