Freddie Charles Jordan, Sr. transitioned peacefully surrounded by family. Freddie had many names to include Teddy, PawPaw, Poochie, Teddy Bear, and Teddy Boy. Freddie enjoyed golfing, fishing, cracking Jokes, and sitting with special friends, Joe Bryant, Thomas, and Dr. Seraphia Lott. Freddie was a die-hard dallas cowboy fan – "We Dem boyz."
Freddie was a loving and nurturing father who loved and supported his children, grandchildren, and other family members. Freddie was an avid West Oso Bear fan who was awarded the 2020 Bear fan of the year. One thing he enjoyed was fellowshipping with his friends each morning at Whataburger on Old Brownsville Road.
There to greet Freddie at heavens gates awaited his parents Vern Edward Jordan and Dovie Sorrell Jordan and his brother, James Jordan.
Freddie leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Shirley Washington-Jordan of 61 years and his children, Freddie Charles Jordan, Jr., Lisa Williams (Anthony), LaMonica Jordan, Yvette Fillmore (Pastor Frederick, Jr.), and Tammy Sanders (Rev. Keith). He also leaves to cherish his memories, 11 grandchildren, Reginald, Gregary Jr., Anastasia, Bryson (Gabriella), Cameron (Jasmine), T'Aundrea, KeAaron, Faith, KeAundrea, Anthony Amiri, and Kyran; 18 great-grandchildren, and 2 siblings Gloria Jeannie King and Carolyn Richardson (James) and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, and Friends.
