Douglas Wade Williams passed away on December 31, 2015. He was born on January 14, 1958 to Donnie and Arvilla Williams in Corpus Christi, TX. He graduated from Foy H. Moody High School. Douglas was employed by Borden's Milk Company and Walmart.

Douglas was a devout Christian and loyal member of St. John Baptist Church. He really enjoyed family, worship services, cruises, and traveling. His biggest joy was going to the movies and being a movie critic. He had a great sense of humor and an uplifting attitude. If you knew Douglas, you would think he was as close to Christ–like as one could be. Everyone was Douglas' friend. He was a loving brother and uncle. Even when he was sick, Douglas looked after others.

Douglas' parents, Donnie and Arvilla Williams, and sister, Arvilla Johnson, preceded him in death. He is survived by one sister, Ruth Miller; two brothers, Donnie Williams, Jr. and Victor Williams; nephews, Sam, Kevin, Isaiah, Shermon, Trey, Eric, Kevin Anthony, Dyante, Demore, and Zarden; nieces, Kai, Karter, Yvette, Kim, Nikki, Rachael, Sydelle, Jazmine, Desaiah, Demiah, and Ivy Victoria. Douglas is also survived by his dog, Butch.
