Donnie Eugene Clarke, Sr. was born July 13, 1942 to the late Vernon Clarke, Sr., and Tennie Wilson Clarke in Giddings, Texas. He accepted Christ at an early age. Retired from AT&T. Donnie Clarke, Sr. passed into eternity on Friday, December 21, 2018, in Corpus Christi, Texas where he was residing. He is survived by sons, Johnny Clarke of San Jose, California, Michael Clarke (Shaunda) of Dallas, Donnie Clarke, Jr.of Corpus Christi. Daughters, Diamond Rose Clarke of Dallas and Tomitra Spiller of Honolulu, Hawaii. Six grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Brothers Vernon Clarke, Jr. (Florence) of Waco, Darrell Clarke (Barbara) of San Antonio. Preceded in death by sister Greta Clarke.

Walk-In visitation will be from 5:00 P.M.- 8:00 P.M. Thursday, January 3, 2019 at Heritage Memorial Funeral Home. Graveside service will held at Veterans Cemetery on Friday, January 4, 2019 at 1:00 P.M. with Military Honors.
