Calvin Lawrence Perry's Obituary
Calvin Lawrence Perry, passed away on November 8, 2016. He was born on September 15, 1953, in Corpus Christi, Texas to Milton Lee Perry and Florestine Scott Perry. Calvin graduated from Roy Miller High School in 1973. He served in the U.S. Army and U.S. Marines. He was a member of Calvary First Baptist Church, a former employee of CCAD, where he worked as a helicopter mechanic.
He is survived by his wife Kathy Perry, one son, Brandon Perry of Corpus Christi, Texas. Three sisters: Willie Bee Brown, Angela Faye Nation, and Mariam Miller, all of Corpus Christi, Texas. Three brothers: Lee Perry, Charles Perry and Timothy Perry all of Corpus Christi, Texas. He also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He will be dearly missed by all.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 11, from 4-7 p.m. at Heritage Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2:00 p.m. at Calvary First Baptist Church with Rev. Claude Axel officiating. Graveside Services will be held on Monday, November 14, at 1:00 p.m. at Coastal Bend State Veteran's Cemetery, with Military Honors.
