Brenda Joyce Tipton Clark was born November 23rd, 1950.  Brenda was the oldest of three children, born to Carlile & Bert Tipton.

November 1971 Brenda married Theodore Clark. Brenda and Theodore had two children, Yvette Clark-Villegas and Royston Clark. and Brenda accepted Christ at an early age where she attended Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Robstown, Texas.  She later became an active member and attended Calvary First Baptist Church until she was unable to do so.

Ms B, as she was called and known so by many, was loyal and loved her family and friends. Brenda is preceded in death by her parents, and her brother, Carlile Tipton, Jr.

Brenda leaves to cherish her memories:  Her devoted husband, two brothers, David Tipton and Keith Wayne Tipton, her daughter Yvette (Gene) Clark-Villegas, her son Royston Clark, six grandchildren;  Jaraine Hines, Jamarri Hines, Brooklyn Villegas, Royston Q. Clark, Rhoryana Clark, Romani Clark and six great grandchildren;  Gary Millwood III, Jaice Heslip, Amarriah Hines, Jamarrius Heslip, Xirrayah Hines, Jae'arri Hines and a host of close relatives and friends.
