Audrey Veal Rogers, 80, of Corpus Christi, TX. entered Heaven's Gates on Saturday, July 23, 2016. Audrey was born January 29, 1936 in Robstown, TX.. She was the daughter of the late George Veal and Connie Jones Veal.
She is survived by her devoted and loving husband, Duke Rogers; a special great granddaughter Nadia Mileah Henry, five daughters, Karem Veal of San Antonio, Shelia Jackson of Corpus Christi, Gloria Jackson and Vanessa Jackson both from Los Angeles, CA., and Glenda Jackson of Corpus Christi, TX. Two sons, Steven Jackson (Jenny) of Houston, TX., and James Jackson (Sherry Talley Mason) of Atlanta, GA., sister, Joyce Allen of Oakland, CA., 11 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, July 30, 2016 11:00 a.m. at Heritage Memorial Funeral Home. Condolences may be left at www.heritagememorialfh.net.
