Anna May Zapata, 78, of Corpus Christi passed away on September 03, 2024. She was born on May 02, 1946 in Cuero, Texas, to Ben Zapata and Vera Chilson. Mrs. Anna Sayles was a retired CNA where she loved working with her patients and her employer. She was a very hard worker and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She spent her time watching her westerns Tv shows, Murder She Wrote and her soaps.

She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and a friend. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her parents Ben Zapata and Vera Chilson; her siblings (sisters) Virgina, Betty Jo, Judy, and Linda; her sons Stephen and William Jr.

She is survived by her husband Billy Sayles; her children Christopher, Matthew, anna, Priscilla, Sabrina, her grandchildren, great grandchildren, her loving sister-in-law and best friend Pat and brother-in-law Horace.

A visitation will be held from 10 A.M.-11 A.M on Saturday, September 14, 2024 at Heritage Memorial Funeral Home Chapel, with a Funeral Service at 11 A.M.
