Andrew Joseph
Williams
Oct 13, 1987 — Aug 17, 2022
Andrew Joseph Williams was born on October 13, 1987, in Corpus Christi, TX to Sidney Jackson and the late Shalane Williams. Andrew accepted the Lord at an early age and was baptized at Mt. Pilgrim Baptist Church. Andrew graduated from Roy Miller High School in 2007. He furthered his education and fulfilled the requirements for National Center for Construction Education and Research Core Curricula in 2010. Andrew was awarded his Combination Welding Diploma from South Texas Vocational Technical Institute in 2010.
Andrew was a devoted big brother, humorous relative and generous friend (ATMD 4 Life!). Andrew's main attractions in life were traveling, his business and himself. He was a hard worker and always tried to better himself. He was the proud owner of City Wide Movers. Two of his many sayings were "if you don't work you don't eat" and " team work make the dream work." Andrew loved to eat and was his Aunt Evie's proudest delivery worker. Andrew was a big kid at heart and loved family time the most. Laughter was his best medicine. He loved to joke and smile, sounding and looking just like his pops who he affectionately called "Sid Dog." Andrew stayed connected with his family across the miles via group chat, Duo and Zoom never missing the chance to tell us he loved us and to "stay hydrated." We will love and miss our Bobo and Dunkin forever.
On August 17, 2022, Andrew went from labor to reward to be with our heavenly Father. He is preceded in death by his mother, his maternal grandmother Carrie Wilkerson who was the apple of his eye, his grandfather Harold Williams, Jr., his paternal grandmother Debra Jackson, his great uncle Allen James Hoodye , his great aunt Linda Ann Winn, his cousin Nathan Imeere Williams and special friend Tavoris Lindsey.
