Obituary

Alan Rashad Tryon "Alo" Cambric, 27, of Corpus Christi, Texas went home to be with his Heavenly Father on Sunday, December 13, 2015 at 5:13 a.m. He was born on December 21, 1987 to the proud parents of Herbert and Priscilla Tryon Cambric of Corpus Christi, Texas. He accepted Christ as his Savior at an early age, and was baptized at St. Paul United Methodist Church in Corpus Christi, Texas. He was employed at Total Safety, also worked for IMS, Evergreen, and Hydro-Chem of Houston, Texas. He attended San Antonio ISD. After moving back to Corpus Christi, he attended Martin Middle School, Foy H. Moody High School, and graduated from Richard King High School. He was active in the Boys Club National Honor Society Speech competitions. He attended the University of Houston, and Texas Southern University, majoring in business, and pre-law.
Alan's dad Herbert Alan "Herb" Cambric preceded him in death as well as parental grandparents, Percy and Mattie Cambric of Hempstead, Texas, maternal grandparents, Roger "PawPaw' and Ola Tryon "Big Mama" of Corpus Christi, Texas.
He is survived by his loving mother, Priscilla Tryon-Cambric, three brothers and one sister, Reginald Washington of Grapevine, Texas, Dwayne (La Shanda) Cambric of Houston, Texas, Justin (Monika) Cambric of Charlotte, North Carolina, and Courtney (Steven) Cambric-Smith of Albany, Georgia. Survivors also include uncles and aunts: Syble Tryon Dorrough of Stafford, Tx, Sylvia Ann Tryon Oliver of Corpus Christi, Tx., Ola Tryon of Arlington, Tx, Loretta Tryon-Dread (Otis) of Seagoville, Tx., Jimmie (Bertha) Tryon of Corpus Christi, Tx., Cleve (Sandra) Tryon, Danny (Loretta) Tryon, Michael (Vicky) Tryon all of Houston, Tx. and Charles (Venita) Tryon of Corpus Christi, Tx. and numerous family members.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 28, 2015 from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Heritage Memorial Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at First United Methodist Church, 900 S. Shoreline Blvd. Entombment to follow at Memory Gardens Mausoleum.
